Booking Deposit & Cancellation Policy

At Sabrina Nicole Aesthetics, we value both your time and ours. To ensure appointments are managed fairly for all clients, please read our booking policy before making an appointment.

Booking Deposits

* A deposit is required to secure all appointments.

* Your deposit will be deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

* Deposits are non-refundable if our cancellation policy is not followed.

Rescheduling Your Appointment

We understand that plans can change.

* You may reschedule your appointment at any time outside of 48 hours before your appointment without losing your deposit.

* Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date.

Cancellation Policy

* Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a deposit refund or transfer. Your deposit will be forfeited.

* If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you may also be charged up to 50% of the total treatment cost, as this appointment time is unlikely to be filled at short notice.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other clients. In some cases, late arrival may be treated as a late cancellation and the above charges may apply.

Training Course Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

At Sabrina Nicole Aesthetics & Training Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality education in a professional learning environment. Please read our Booking, Payment and Cancellation Policy carefully before securing your place on one of our training courses.

Booking Your Course

To secure your place on a training course, you can choose one of the following payment options:

* Pay in Full – Pay the full course fee at the time of booking.

* 50% Deposit – Pay a non-refundable 50% deposit to reserve your place, with the remaining 50% balance due no later than 48 hours before your course start date.

* Payment Plans – Flexible payment plans are available at checkout on our website, allowing you to spread the cost of your training.

Your course place is not confirmed until either your deposit, full payment, or payment plan has been successfully processed.

Final Balance

If you have secured your place with a 50% deposit, the remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before your training course.

Failure to pay the outstanding balance by this deadline may result in your course place being cancelled. Any deposit paid will remain non-refundable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

As places on our courses are limited, your booking reserves a training space specifically for you.

For this reason:

* All course fees and deposits are non-refundable.

* Once your booking has been confirmed, you are entering into an agreement to attend the course on your selected date.

* We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, are unable to attend, or have personal or work commitments that prevent you from attending.

* If you wish to transfer to another course date, this may be considered at our discretion and is subject to availability. Transfer requests should be made as early as possible.

* Requests made within 48 hours of the course start date are unlikely to be accommodated, and any payments made may be forfeited.

Failure to Attend

Failure to attend your scheduled course without prior agreement will be treated as a non-attendance.

No refund, transfer or credit will be given, and any outstanding course balance will remain payable.

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, Sabrina Nicole Aesthetics & Training Academy reserves the right to consider transfer requests on a case-by-case basis. Any decision to offer an alternative course date is entirely at our discretion and does not guarantee a refund.
